About RPM
Resource Property Management was established in 1995 as a result of the HRDC addressing the need for affordable housing in Gallatin and Park Counties. RPM manages over 200 rental units.

Tenant Selection Criteria
Tenants are selected for rental units based on the following:

All apartment communities are income restricted. Please call RPM for more details and to check unit availability.
Positive References
• Two positive references - preferably rental references
Credit History
• Late payments in past two years, offset with good or no credit
Incidents of late payment, no collections with good credit exceeding negative
• Collections and late payments, good outweighing bad
Criminal History
• No Felonies
• Misdemeanors depending on offense
• No Drug or Violent Crimes

Preference is given to applicants with a Section 8 Voucher

How To Apply
An application for rental units managed by RPM are available to be picked up at the HRDC offices, by calling 406-585-1653 or you can click here to print the application.

Following completion of the application please return it to the HRDC. Photo identification is required for all persons over 18. Income will be verified to determine eligibility.

Security Deposits
All units require a security deposit. The amount of deposit required varies by apartment. Security deposits may be made in three installments.

Lease Terms
All renters will sign a one-year lease. After the initial term ends, the agreement will renew annually and continue for successive terms of one year.
