No Drug or Violent Crimes
Preference is given to applicants with a Section

An application for rental units managed by RPM are available
to be picked up at the HRDC offices, by calling 406-585-1653
or you can click here to print the application.
Following completion of the application please
return it to the HRDC. Photo identification is required for
all persons over 18. Income will be verified to determine
eligibility.
All units require a security deposit. The amount of deposit
required varies by apartment. Security deposits may be made
in three installments.
All renters will sign a one-year lease. After the initial
term ends, the agreement will renew annually and continue
for successive terms of one year.
