The Road to Home

THE ROAD TO HOME
Homeownership Center

The Road to Home is the HRDC’s Homeownership initiative. We provide homeownership education, individual pre and post-purchase counseling, down-payment assistance, low-interest mortgages, Section 8 Homeownership, and delinquency prevention to households in Gallatin, Park, and Meagher counties.

Homeownership Education
Are you ready to buy a home? What are the benefits of homeownership? How do lenders decide to make loans? Our HUD-certified course covers the home buying process from preparation to closing. Sign up for our next class now, and get your family on The Road to Home!

Homeownership Education is required as a pre-requisite to participate in programs. This course is open to all households, regardless of income, and households are encouraged to attend a course as soon as possible – the earlier you attend the course, the more time you have to prepare to purchase!
